We’re a company focused on the human first, client second. We don’t sugarcoat the need for hard work to achieve your fitness goals, however, we don’t believe in the “no pain, no gain” mentality. We focus on increasing your performance without pain and delivering a fitness experience that challenges you and inspires you beyond the gym. You can expect our team to invest our skills, knowledge, and passion into assisting you towards your goals. All it takes is a commitment to ignite momentum.
Momentum Performance is here to bridge the gap between rehabilitation, injury prevention, and fitness. We don’t believe in passive solutions to active problems and recognize that client needs are just as unique as the individual’s. We meet our clients where they are, not where we expect them to be. Our mission is to create a true partnership and community where people feel empowered to eliminate impairments in movement and pain and achieve their strength and fitness goals.
It’s important to us that your training experience goes beyond sets and reps. It’s our job to make sure that the time you spend with us is the best hour of your day. I want you to have access to experienced coaches, clean facilities and equipment, research backed exercises, and if injuries come up let us help you with those too in order to get you back training with as little down time as possible.
We understand that there are many gyms you could have chosen to train at. Too often in my career clients were taken for granted by management. At Momentum your decision to train with us will be met with commitment to you and your fitness goals.
FUN & PRODUCTIVE
Don’t expect a drill sergeant yelling at you throughout your session or to sit around watching tv. We want to make sure that we blend challenging physical and mental resilience while cracking a few dad jokes, some terrible dance moves, and reciting movie quotes.
